Tell us about how you contribute to the success of Carrick Wealth as an organisation.
As a wealth manager, I build relationships with potential clients. Relationships are vital in building up trust which in turn leaves the Carrick name in a good light and further enhances its reputation. The Mauritian team have been very welcoming and have helped me settle in well.
What is the best part about your job?
I think the most rewarding part of my job is helping people to realise their dreams. This is achieved by opening their eyes to fresh opportunities and innovative ideas.
Tell us about your personal and professional growth while working at Carrick.
This is a new career move for me, moving out of the IT sector. Carrick have given me a great opportunity to excel in the financial world. Although I have not been with Carrick for long, I already feel like an integral part of the team. I have already started to study for CISI Level 4 as advised by Carrick and believe that this will only further enhance my skills and knowledge.
What is a typical day at work like for you?
A typical day for me involves a variety of different tasks, which is great for the mind, and there is always plenty to keep me on my toes. I communicate with potential clients from all over the African continent and beyond from all walks of life.
