Signature of Hope Trust
The Signature of Hope Trust is an approved non-profit organisation that coordinates our philanthropic endeavours at Carrick.
The way in which the structure is set up enables outside companies an opportunity to partner with us and make a real and sustainable difference within local communities. The Signature of Hope Trust is committed to the vision of empowering people, building communities, and changing lives.

From water polo to stand up paddle boarding, to supporting ongoing projects and causes that bring about substantive change, we partner with talent in numerous disciplines and continue to build on this legacy providing education, healthcare, welfare, and sports.
Carrick Ambassadors
Cup Polo Tournament
Carrick Wealth is the title sponsor of the Carrick Ambassadors Cup Polo Tournament, an annual A-list event hosted by the Bushman Rock Polo Club in Harare, Zimbabwe.
More than just a hard-fought battle on the field, our support of the event is also part of our on-going corporate social initiative. Every year, a portion of the funds raised by the Carrick Ambassadors Cup Tournament is donated to the St Joseph’s House for Boys in Harare, an orphanage that has been home to orphaned and abandoned boys since 1929.
Schools Water Polo South Africa
We believe in the pursuit of excellence and creating a legacy. Sport, by definition, is a quest for excellence. Following this pursuit, it’s only fitting that we team up and sponsor Schools’ Water Polo South Africa (SWPSA), supporting young athletes in a sport that mirrors Carrick’s values of hard work, commitment, discipline, and determination.
We are working with SWPSA to build and manage a self-sustaining water polo fund. This fund will provide financial support to sustain future water polo teams and for the development of disadvantaged children who strive to be a part of this community.
The SUP Crossing
Carrick Wealth was the proud sponsor of Chris Bertish, and his solo 93-day stand up paddle (SUP) board transatlantic crossing. From Morocco to the Caribbean, this SUP Crossing made history, set a new world record, and proved that there are no limits, borders, and boundaries when it comes to believing in yourself.
All for charity, the core goal of this ocean crossing was to create a positive impact and to leave a legacy by changing the lives of millions of children across Africa. All funds raised during the expedition went on to benefit three charities that perform vital work for the welfare of vulnerable children:
Operation Smile South Africa provides free life-changing and often life-saving surgeries for children with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities throughout Southern and Central Africa.
The Lunchbox Fund provides a daily meal for orphaned and vulnerable school children in townships and rural areas of South Africa.
The Signature of Hope Trust is committed to the vision of empowering people, building communities and changing lives on the African continent. The focus of Signature of Hope Trust is to raise funds to make a real and sustainable difference in people’s lives by providing them with the opportunity and means to secure their future.
