Carrick Wealth and Far and Wide Competition | Terms and Conditions
- By entering this competition, you agree to receiving an introductory call from Carrick Wealth and a meeting with a Carrick Advisor.
- On 02 June 2023 (“Draw Date”), all entrants will be entered into a lucky draw where one (1) lucky winner will enjoy a 2 nights stay at The Sky Deck Mountain Retreat.
- To earn one (1) entry into the lucky draw, an entrant must provide his or her name and valid contact details (i.e. full name, telephone number, and email address).
- Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
- The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the qualification for and/or awarding of the prize.
- The winner of the prize agrees to cooperate in any promotional activities required in connection with the awarding of the prize, as may be reasonably expected of him or her.
- Should the winning entrant fail to claim the prize within two (2) weeks of the Draw Date, he or she shall forfeit the incentive and an additional lucky draw shall take place to determine the winner.
- By agreeing to participate herein, each entrant consents to the processing of his or her personal data in connection with his or her participation herein.
- The staff of Carrick (including its subsidiaries), their spouse(s), children, relatives, cohabiting partner(s), and family of such cohabiting partner(s) are excluded from participation herein.
- The winner and his or her chosen guest must be able to travel on the following dates: June 2023 – December 2023.
- This prize can only be redeemed over a weekday / off peak Monday to Thursday.
- This prize cannot be redeemed over public holidays between the above said period.
- The prize does not include transfers to and from the camp and will be at the expense of the winner and his or her guest.
- Carrick shall not be liable for any disruption to the Competition, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption to the Competition the Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to remedy any disruption and resume the Competition on a fair and equitable basis to the winner.
- If Carrick is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Competition or to terminate it as a result of changes in legislation, or for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Competition being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event the winner hereby waives any rights which they may have against Carrick and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsors.
- Carrick is entitled, at its discretion and without notice, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions for the duration of the competition and, without giving reasons, to discontinue, modify or adapt the competition without any obligation to compensate any participant for any loss and/or damages. Any modification and/or adaptation to the competition will be made public in an appropriate manner (e.g. via the Carrick Wealth website or through e-mail correspondence to those participating).
- Carrick has the right to disqualify a participant if it is believed that the participant is not acting in conformity with these Terms and Conditions.
- Should any term and/or condition of these Terms and Conditions be declared or become void or invalid, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions hereof.
- Travel insurance is not included in the winnings and each individual is responsible for their own travel insurance.
