I aim to build a dynamic team at the highest level that will consistently exceed all targets and will ensure that Carrick will always be the client’s wealth manager and organisation of choice. I aim to do this by developing and executing a solid sales strategy founded on the core pillars of the Carrick Group ethos. This objective should also translate into ongoing personal and professional development.
What is a typical day at work like for you?
I like to get an early start to the day to ensure that all preparation is done by revising the day’s plan for the team, discussing this with the team, stimulating the required energy for the task, and then executing the strategy with focused deliberation.
