My work is my passion and I believe that this passion and enthusiasm rubs off on my clients as well as my colleagues. I completely believe in this company and what I do as a Wealth Specialist. I always give absolutely 100% in everything I do to ensure that my clients are looked after and to ensure that I do my best in helping to contribute to the success of Carrick Wealth.

 

What is the best part about your job?

The best part of my job is knowing that I make a difference in people’s lives. It feels very special to help them move their dreams into reality and it is something I will never take for granted. My clients and their goals come first, and I will do everything I can to ensure these goals are achieved. There is nothing better than seeing the look on a client’s face when they realise their dreams are possible and they commit to the journey with myself and Carrick Wealth.

 

Tell us about your personal and professional growth while working at Carrick.

My personal growth has been immense. I have learnt how to be more open and authentic. Being myself and being honest to myself and my clients, is something that is incredibly important to me. Carrick Wealth has helped me become more confident as a person, which has enabled me to be myself. It allows me to show my passion and love for this company and what I do for living. My professional growth is all due to Carrick Wealth and the continuous support and training the company provides. Being able to pick up the phone and talk to our CEO or another director for advice at any time, is invaluable. The continuous training we are given to improve as Financial Advisors, not only helps the company but also helps ensure that our clients are getting the absolute best out of us. At the end of the day, that is what we all want and strive for.

 

What is a typical day at work like for you? 

My typical day starts with arriving at the office at least an hour before everyone else. I use that hour to plan and prepare for my day so that I will best use the rest of the day to make a difference in someone’s life. My day also involves following up on prospective business, communicating with clients and prospects, as well as compiling proposals and doing the research to find the best solutions for my prospective clients. I also spend time working on my own growth which includes personal training aimed at always bettering myself. One can never stop learning.
