I bring skills, experience and also diversity to the team, which opens a space for learning that subsequently contributes to the growth of the team.  Carrick’s culture coincides very well with my own values, as the group’s key focus is to cultivate and grow a leadership culture. I believe that working together as a team will contribute to both our success. 

 

What is the best part about your job?  

Interacting with diverse individuals, all with different needs and goals, is what I enjoy doing the most. It allows me to learn more about my clients’ individual needs and find various solutions to their unique needs. Seeing the results after they followed through with the financial plan and implemented my recommendations, is very fulfilling. 

 

Tell us about your personal and professional growth while working at Carrick.  

I am looking forward to engaging with individuals who have been in the financial services industry longer than I have. I will be able to benefit from their vast experience and knowledge, which will help me grow personally and professionally.  

 

What is a typical day at work like for you?  

A typical day at work consists of keeping in touch with existing clients to ensure that I have catered to all their needs, as well as prospecting for potential clients and conducting meetings with them.
