Tell us about how you contribute to the success of Carrick Wealth as an organization.

I am a very team orientated person. I think in terms of ‘we’ and ‘us’ and I encourage everyone around me to always be the best version of themselves. In turn this keeps me accountable to my peers, as they too want me to be the best version of myself. I am a natural born leader, and people naturally follow me.

What is the best part about your job?  

Making a positive and lasting impact on people. Everyone I meet, whether they become my client or not, all leave with better financial knowledge. I love helping people and this job allows me to help people from all around the world. The job gives me a sense of moral purpose.

Tell us about your personal and professional growth while working at Carrick. 

I became more assertive and goal-orientated at Carrick. I realized that the biggest reason I wasn’t achieving my own personal goals was because I couldn’t get out of my own rut. Craig Featherby, our CEO has had such a huge impact on my life, and I can never repay him for how much he has changed my life!

What is a typical day at work like for you? 

I don’t have days at work; I have a life at work. My job is about life. Money is life. Time is life. Every day is different. It is continuous learning and growth. So, a ‘typical day’ is waking up and living life. I find and talk to people every day who need help with their money.
