With my strong work ethic and pro-activeness, coupled with my innovative business approach, I believe that I contribute tremendously to Carrick as am able to identify unconventional yet highly effective strategies for achieving a competitive edge in the market with regards to finding the right clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. Having worked with several teams and as a team leader throughout my career, I look forward to bringing a positive team spirit and an attitude to learn.  I strive to take the initiative and solve problems quickly while providing genuine support for my team members.

 

What is the best part about your job?

The work I do at Carrick is not just about having a job but it’s a way of life. I’m not just giving financial advice but I’m helping people to better their lives and in return I’m being more knowledgeable on how I can better my own life and achieve financial prosperity.

 

Tell us about your personal and professional growth while working at Carrick.

Working at Carrick has challenged me to truly know myself, for me to take the necessary steps to address the behaviors, attitudes, values, actions and habits that I need to change to for me to be successful in this industry and in life. In other words, Carrick has given me the skills and confidence for me to become the best version of myself and by doing that, it has allowed me to add value to my name and my brand as I am continuously learning and training to be the best financial advisor that I can be.

 

What is a typical day at work like for you?

A typical day in the office is updating myself on current world affairs for me to know the difficulties my clients are facing globally and what current economic phenomenon can affect their investments short-term and long-term.   

Researching about my prospects, practicing my pitch and calling my prospects to introduce them to Carrick and arrange a further meeting to discuss the urgent need for them to have me as their financial advisor.
